Cancellation policy

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For digital content, the period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Julian Sekora, Süderstraße 33, 24955 Harrislee, Germany, email hallo@walleria.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right to cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised (§ 312g paragraph 2 no. 1 BGB) – this applies to all posters with a name, date, custom text or your own image.

Premature expiry for digital content

For digital posters, the right to cancel expires once we have begun performing the contract, provided you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the cancellation period and have acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel as a result (§ 356 paragraph 5 BGB). We obtain this consent via a checkbox during the checkout process.
