§ 1 Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop walleria.de between Julian Sekora (hereinafter "we") and consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking "Zahlungspflichtig bestellen" (Place binding order), you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email, dispatch the goods, or provide the download. Before submitting, you can check and correct all entries in the "Overview" order step. The contract language is German; the contract text is stored by us and sent to you by email.

§ 3 Personalised products

For personalised posters (name, date, custom text, your own ultrasound image), the live preview in the shop is the print template. Please check spelling and details before ordering. We accept the information exactly as entered; we will correct obvious typos before printing starts upon email notification.

§ 4 Digital products

Digital posters are provided as a download link via email after payment is received (PDF and JPG in the specified formats). You receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for private purposes; resale, distribution, and commercial use are not permitted. With your express consent, we will begin providing the download before the cancellation period expires; your right of cancellation will thereby expire (§ 356 Para. 5 BGB).

§ 5 Prices and payment

All prices are in Euros including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs for physical products. Payment is made via Stripe by credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay. The amount is due upon completion of the order.

§ 6 Delivery and shipping

We deliver within Germany. Personalised posters are printed within 1–2 business days; shipping takes 2–3 business days. Shipping costs: €3.90 per order, free shipping for orders of €60 or more. Small formats are shipped flat and bend-proof, formats from 30×40 cm rolled in a shipping tube. Delivery is made without frames.

§ 7 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 8 Right of cancellation

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the Cancellation policy policy. The right of cancellation is excluded for goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB), as well as for digital content after execution has begun with your consent (§ 356 Para. 5 BGB).

§ 9 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a poster arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 14 days to hallo@walleria.de; we will reprint it free of charge. Colour deviations between the screen display and the print are due to technical reasons and do not constitute a defect, provided they are within the usual range.

§ 10 Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, limb, and health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

§ 11 Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 12 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
