In short: Printed posters with a fixed design (no name, date, custom text or own photo) can be cancelled within 14 days. Personalised posters are excluded from cancellation. For digital files, the right of cancellation expires as soon as we begin providing them after your express consent. Details are set out in the following policy.
Cancellation Policy
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last goods. For digital content (poster files), the period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Julian Sekora, Süderstraße 33, 24955 Harrislee, Germany, telephone +49 160 99611258, email hallo@walleria.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. You can also declare your cancellation online via our cancellation function: walleria.de/pages/vertrag-widerrufen. We will confirm receipt of such a cancellation immediately by email. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (Julian Sekora, Süderstraße 33, 24955 Harrislee, Germany) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Shipping to you is free; we refund the full purchase price. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB) – this applies to all posters with a name, date, custom text or your own image (including ultrasound, pet, map and collage posters). The right of cancellation applies in full to printed posters with a fixed design.
Premature Expiry for Digital Content
For digital posters, the right of cancellation expires once we have begun performance of the contract after you (1) expressly agreed that we begin performance before the expiry of the cancellation period, (2) acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of cancellation once performance has begun, and (3) we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract including this consent by email (§ 356 para. 5 BGB). We obtain this consent via a checkbox during the checkout process; you receive the confirmation in the email containing your download links.
